    PROGRAM DIRECTOR
    Isabela Sardas, Ph.D. - Dr. Sardas is a Wisconsin-licensed clinical psychologist and program director of Childynamics. Dr. Sardas specializes in the treatment of childhood and adolescent psychiatric disorders using a cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspective. She obtained her training in psychology from The Cambridge Hospital-Harvard Medical School, The University of North Texas, and The University of Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Sardas is the recipient of the 2010 Wisconsin SBA District Director's Award. She is a long-standing member of the American Psychological Association and National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. Dr. Sardas is also a Certified Child Abuse Response Specialist.  Dr. Sardas has been with Childynamics since its inception in 2000.

    PSYCHIATRIST
    Guy Lord, M.D. - Dr. Lord is a Wisconsin-Licensed and Board Certified Child Psychiatrist. He has many years of experience working in psychiatric hospitals and outpatient clinics in Milwaukee and surrounding areas. He has been working with Childynamics for over 10 years.

    PSYCHIATRIC REGISTERED NURSE
    Lynn Koceja, Registered Nurse - Ms. Koceja is licensed in the State of Wisconsin. She has been practicing nursing for over 20 years. She has worked several years in behavioral health in a psychiatric setting which involved providing services to children and adolescents with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, and behavioral and emotional difficulties. Providing support for families of children with whom she worked was an integral part of her work.

    INTAKE COORDINATOR
    Jackie Freyermuth, B.S. - Ms. Freyermuth received her Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice with a minor in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has several years of experience working with at risk children and adolescents in a residential program. She has also worked as intake coordinator assessing children, adolescents, and adults for appropriate mental health services. Her area of special interest is in multicultural issues.  She has been working at Childynamics for over 10 years. Ms. Freyermuth  is the recipient of  the 2010 Child and Youth Care Dedication Award from the Wisconsin Association of Child and Youth Care Professionals.

    STAFF CREDENTIALS
    Childynamics Day Treatment staff specializes in the treatment of children with behavioral and emotional disorders. Clinical staff consists of a multi-disciplinary team of Mental Health Counselors (Counselors with Bachelor's Degrees in Counseling Services) and Family Therapists (Counselors with Master's or Ph.D. degrees in psychotherapy, social work,  and counseling). Occupational-Recreational Therapists. All staff at Childynamics specialize in the treatment of children and teenagers.

    All clinical staff hired at Childynamics have had a criminal background check, reference check, and have several years of experience working with children and teenagers with emotional and behavioral problems.
